Can I Return My Order?
Yes, returns are possible.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The order must include all necessary parts and components, and the product must be packaged in its original condition.
- The item must have been handled under normal conditions; damage due to negligence will not be accepted for return.
- For hygiene-related products, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- The product must have been defective upon receipt.
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, they will be officially approved within this period.
Note: If the item has been used or has damages not caused by us, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

- Photos of the product if it is damaged

After contacting us, we will provide the return address. Please do not send the product back before reaching out to us. The return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Right to Cancel:
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (excluding the carrier), receives the last item in the order.
Since we use a fully automated system where orders are processed immediately, we cannot interrupt the shipping process, and refunds are not possible before the product arrives.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify Singapore ModeΒ via a clear statement (e.g., an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from the contract. The cancellation is considered complete once we have received the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking Your Shipment
If the item has already been shipped to you, cancellation is not possible. You must receive the item first and then return it. You may notify us of your intent to cancel in advance, but to ensure a smooth return process, please provide proof of shipment.
Refund Process
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping fees (unless you selected a shipping method other than our standard lowest-cost option). The refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
