Shipping Process
Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore, changes cannot be made after order confirmation. Only the shipped products, applicable shipping fees, and taxes will be charged.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Our shipping operations take place only on business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Order processing typically takes 1 to 5 business days. However, during peak seasons or depending on stock availability, processing may take longer. Orders are shipped after stock verification.
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on the location of our manufacturing partners, which means they may arrive on different dates.

After shipment, delivery takes an average of 7 to 14 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
